The app, including its design, code, and brand, is the property of hectahertz. Film stock names (Kodak, Fujifilm, Ilford, CineStill) are trademarks of their respective owners. Licht is not affiliated with or endorsed by any film manufacturer.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. hectahertz is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to lost photos due to device failure or app errors.

Photos

All photos you take with Licht belong to you. The app does not claim any rights over your content.

App Store

Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
